Totally on the Fuoco handling in bad conditions, I live in the Alps in Switzerland and the weather conditions change here at the drop of a hat, its nice to have two bloody big headlights on the front when the rain/ mist rolls in and my riding instructor was well impressed with the braking in the wet. I am not saying that it is perfect, yes it is a bit heavy and as for the stares, you get used to it

ok it wasnt the engine .. my alternater shattered into tiny bits .. the crank has no play apart from a tiny bit of in/out movement ( is that ok?).

on the cover for this side i have a large inspection type hole at the bottom of the cover . should this have a rubber plug in it?

Hi just went to jump on my gilera dna 125cc but wont start the electrics are all on but the starter motor does not kick in its just quite, the relay in the side panel clicks when i press the starter button but thats it i have no idea whats wrong and would love some ideas e-mail poptarts2009@hotmail.co.uk if any ideas thanks alot ryan

No idea really. I’ve driven my DNA through appalling weather and it splutters a bit for a while and is then fine. I’d say it’s worth trying to dry the whole bike out for a week and then look again.

hi ive had my dna 125 for a few months now and today it wouldnt start.

it was a few hours after i had got home from work , after riding in pretty bad rain.
i thought it might be down to damp electrics somewhere but then ive riden in the rain quite alot later “sighs”

anyway , when i went to start it the bike sounded awful, then it started but for a few seconds but didnt sound quite right, after that the bike hasnt started , starter motor makes a click but thats all.

after a few trys the bike seemed to turn its self off and then back on and i noticed the trip counter and clock had reset.

any ideas? and if so what might need drying out?

hi,
trying to take the alternator of my gilera DNA but having no luck could any 1 give me any advice on how 2 remove it tanks. P.S could any one send me a pic of how the pipes connect to the carb as i removed it and have no idea which pipes go where. my email address is dannyscott1991@hotmail.co.uk
